*Heaven’s POV*
The next day, Pa Theophilus still made sure our bellies were stuffed and I’m pretty sure I was going to add weight before leaving here. We slept late into the morning because we didn’t really go to bed on time last night and Pa Theophilus had to send someone to wake us up from bed. It was like my whole body needed that rest and I’m sure Declan felt that way too. He needed it more than I did even.
When we were seated, he cleared his throat and started to speak “You know you both remind me of when I was so young and in love, ” he said and his eyes glittered as the thoughts crossed his mind “Marisa and I were inseparable, just like you both.
