I hated leaving Heaven behind, but Death was calling. It was the right thing to do, I convinced myself as I stepped forward. I didn’t want to look at Heaven, or else, I’d change my mind. She has suffered a lot and I know how much this was going to hurt her, yet I knew I had to, someone had to stop it. Hopefully, she would understand why, and the southern wolves would be free, and the moon goddess was going to give her a second chance mate, one that would love her just as much as I did. I was glad that at least she knows she has a family now, she was not alone in this world after all.
