Cronus paced back and forth in his office which he seemed to do more these days. Then he eventually fell into his chair sighing. Since their conversation last time in the woods, his relationship with Amethyst had become more civil. They are now more comfortable with each other and Cronus had become more caring towards her. He began considering the prophecy. Amethyst was fated to be with him and so he decided to not hide his feelings any longer. Though he had originally married her for a different agenda, he thought that maybe he can resolve his vengeance without using her nor involving her any longer.
