I stares at the ceiling as I remembered the past 3 days. Everything that's been happening has been quite unexpected. Especially with Prince Lucas.
He had... changed.
After the incident with him and his sister, Princess Lia. And most significantly, after our encounter where I had disclosed to him about my strained relationship with Aoife and my suicidal attempt in the past.
He seemed... nicer and more caring more than anything.
He was still possessive and sometimes cold. But it was still different from how he had been when we first met.
I fully expected him to become detached from me after all that. Especially with what I had revealed about my wolf.
