The confidence that Jonathan had built up yesterday was almost non-existent at this point.
“What time does he leave for training in the morning?” Jonathan asked.
“Around eleven,” she said
“So why didn’t he just sign it in the morning before leaving?”
“Sometimes there is a lot of things to do and paperwork follows a process,” she said, “you brought it yesterday but it probably got to his desk just before he left.”
“What time did he come back to the bank yesterday after training?” Jonathan asked
