“Why do you have rogue wolves with you? '' I eyeball my best friend linking her as I am hanging in the air still in my wolf form, my heart is heavy but that will have to wait till later. Now I have to figure out what the hell Jaz is doing here this early when we agreed to meet once she had everything for my spell.

“They have some information for us. Important information.” She says with a sly grin on her face “Are you gonna play nice if I let you down?” A glint in her eye makes my body internally shudder. I nod my wolf head at her before I am brutally dropped to the ground as she bursts out laughing, growling at her antics. I head behind the nearest tree with clothes in the trunk and shift back to my human body. I quickly slip on the clothes, tank top and gym shorts, then head back over to Jaz to find out what is going on.

“Start talking” I say as soon as I come out from behind the tree desperate to know whatever it is these rogues know.

“I’m Leo, that’s Katy, and he is Nickoli. Before I tell you what we know you have to promise to give us a place in your pack.” The three look alike so I am assuming they are family, the one known as Leo has shaggy styled blue hair with hazel colored eyes, freckles across his nose and a malnourished body. As I look at them I notice they all look to be malnourished, their rib cages clearly showing as their skin is tightly hanging to them. Katy is maybe 14 at the most and has chestnut colored hair that's dull and drops below her neck stopping just before her rib cage, she has the same hazel colored eyes as both of the males but hers still have a glimmer of hope in them. Finally Nickoli, he is the tallest of the three at maybe 6 ft give or take an inch, his head is shaved in a military style making him look even more malnourished, his bones clear as day from his cheekbones down to his knees he couldn’t weigh no more than 150 soaking wet. Sympathy feels me as I look at the three siblings and I know I would do whatever it took to help them seeing the hope and love they have for each other only makes my decision rock solid. 

“Yes you have my word. We can do it now or wait till this is all over. It's up to you.” The words carry more than solidified promises but also a form of respect for these 3. It takes a lot to do what they are doing right now. 

“Thank you Luna. We can discuss that afterwards. Now what I’m about to tell you may hit a little hard but we had to let someone know. The rogues have made a plan to attack in exactly one month and when they do they are bringing everything they have, hunter allies, and witches. The leader told Nickoli the plan as Nick was their head warrior go ahead Nick” Leo states worry fills his voice with every word it cracks more and more.

“Luna” I stop him before he can continue “ Please yall call me Lily” They all smile before nodding as Nickoli then leads us over to mine and Jaz’s homemade little rock table. We all sit as Jaz then chants something a few minutes later we are in what seems to be a protected barrier and poof there is hot food in front of us, Chicken, pizza, hot dogs, spaghetti you think of it and it is probably here. The three look at the food, their mouths salivating as their stomachs rumble. “Tell you what, y'all eat and when you are done we can discuss this then” I say looking at all three as their eyes tear up slightly before all three begin to dig in like crazy scarfing one thing after another down. As they eat I can’t help but think about what Damien said to me, I know I crossed the line first but I thought he was in danger still I didn’t mean anything I said, I just wonder If he did. That thought causes my heart to ache slightly.

“Ok so what I was told was that we are to attack in exactly 30 days from today, the plan they have involves the witches closing everyone in so no one can escape as the hunters sneak in to deal with the Alpha and you, all the while the rogues run as a distraction and fight your warriors as well keeping your only defense busy and unable to help. They said they were gonna kill the men and children while taking your woman that can still produce hostages to sell off to the highest bidder. The thing that made me want to come to you though was the wolf that was by our rogue leaders side had the smell of your pack link on them, meaning you have a rat. They wouldn’t let us see his face but you can tell it was a male for sure. Whatever his agenda is concerns me as our leader is never scared of anything but this person terrified him to his core. He goes by black night to keep his identity safe. That was the only piece they told me, everything else was discussed with just the leaders but I hope that’s enough for you to get ahead of it. Oh and Luna please be careful  something tells me they want you dead instead of taking you hostage.” Nickoli finishes with tears running down his face while I sit here trying to keep my cool, I want blood anybody’s blood, I vow to the Moon Goddess that I will protect my pack at all costs even if they don’t want to be considered wolves they are and they’re my wolf pack, I will protect them until my dying breathe if need be.
