Chapter Thirteen I arrived at RaiseIt’s annual charity ball irritated and agitated. I couldn't decide if I was pissed off or turned on. More than likely it was a blend of the two, which, when mixed together, created a flustered, flushed and frazzled host. The day had started off like any other day.
