Standing on my feet at the head of the table- with Carrie on my right side sitting with the rest of them- the dining table was huge enough to accommodate my one big family apart from my little own. “Although for me, every single day is special, a birthday is actually more differently special for Carrie - ” I looked at her- a Cheshire cat-like grin plastered on her lips, “I have yet to strike a bargain with that but since we’re here, let’s make it extra special.
