Chinyere was lying unconscious on the hospital bed, while her daughter Amanda was sitting right beside the bed. She stared at her mother for a long time talking to her, the silence she was getting made her to burst into tears suddenly. Mommy you promised not to leave me, please wake up, talk to me I missed you so much already mommy, you are the only family I have. Amanda wept bitterly as she spoke. Her mother has been her pillar all her life and now this pillar is lying unconscious in the hospital it is a heavy blow on the little girl and her heart couldn't carry it.

Little girl it's ok stop crying, your mommy is fine she is just resting and would be awake at any moment. The person speaking to her is Chief Magnus: chief Magnus is one of the most respected person in his community, well known as a philanthropist, a man of the people. He his the person paying the bills for Chinyere's hospitalization.

Mommy has been sleeping for three days now and she is not yet awake, I miss her. Amanda held unto her mother's right hand as she cried, tears flowed from her eyes unto Chinyere's hand.

Meanwhile Chinyere has been walking endlessly on a narrow part wondering where she was, she finally got to a cliff, opposite the cliff was another cliff with a distance of just one foot. Standing on the other cliff was her late husband, she was so happy and wanted to jump over to meet her husband: don't come over her husband shouted out. why? don't you miss me? I loved and missed you and would want to reunite with you but once you come over you can't go back again, our daughter will be left alone without parents. You must go back and be by her side she needs you to be her support and backbone, my death was so sudden that I couldn't fight to stay alive. You have to go back for the sake of Amanda, there are still hardships in the way for both of you but you both will come out of it stronger. He suddenly turned to a white mist and vanished before her eyes.

Immediately, Chinyere felt a warm liquid dropping on her and when the warm liquid touched the ground it split the rock open and a passage was formed. The liquid formed a step leading to a source of light, Chinyere was wondering how a liquid could form a solid step as she stepped on the steps leading to the source of the light. By the time she got to the light it turned out to be a pull of glittering warm liquid just like the one that formed the steps, out of curiosity she began feeling the liquid with her hand.

Mommy, you are tickling me, Amanda said as she moved away giggling. Chief turned and saw Chinyere moving her fingers, he immediately dashed out the door to call the doctor.

By the time he and the doctor came back to the room Chinyere was awake already and was asking where she was. As she tried getting up she felt excruciating pain below. Madam please lye down you have severe cuts and has lost a lot of blood I will examine you now to make sure you are alright and in no time you will be discharged from the hospital.

At the doctor's office chief sat on an office chair as he listened to the doctor: from our examination, the patient has suffered damages to her reproductive system and may not be able to conceive in the future. Is she married? No, from what her daughter said her husband is late. ok, another thing is this; she is malnourished and would be needing plenty of good food, she is too thin.
