Maxine “You are staring,” Bran said, drawing me out of my daze. “Sorry,” I mumbled too quickly, looking away. I waited for him to put on his shoes and get dressed properly before we left the pool area together and headed toward the film room. “What college do you want to attend?” Bran asked, breaking the awkward silence of our walk.
