The next day, I made my way to the Green family's main office complex in the heart of the capital to return the book.
The building was imposing, all glass and steel, with security that screened every visitor thoroughly. When I gave my name, I was immediately escorted to a private elevator that required biometric clearance.
Callum's office occupied the entire top floor.
His chief advisor led me through a reception area into Callum's personal study, where floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked the entire capital city.
