Tatiana's POV
Cyril has called me about a thousand times since I left. Yet, I haven't bothered to answer or return any of his calls. I don't want to because I don't think I have the energy to entertain him at all. Especially not now that I am with my dad.
After all that, he said to me, I wasn't expecting him to try to reach out to me. He made it clear to me that he didn't want me around. Of course, I was hurt. I was angry. I became so numb at that instant.
But what else could I have done?
I had to take the initiative to leave.
I didn't have to wait to hear it from him twice.
What I had heard from him was enough for me to leave.
And now he has the audacity to call me?
