Mrs. Walker called me yesterday afternoon to let me know that Iris was spending one more day with her for reasons best known to them-she didn't tell me why. I would have thought that it was impossible for Iris to stay beyond Sunday due to her home-school arrangements with Madam Desree.
Well, what do I know?
In any case, that doesn't seem to be a problem now, does it?

The good news was, I got to have another day off.
To top it off, Cyril was also not around to boss me around like he always did.
I spent the night at Tori's house after the party ended yesterday. It was very late and Tori insisted I stay for security reasons. I objected at first since I felt I was going to leave in a cab.
What could go wrong with a cab?
