Cyril has been in his room since yesterday and I haven't seen him all day today. This has been his new routine now.
He hasn't been himself for days. I wish I could find out why, but I knew there was no way he was going to open up to me. Nevertheless, as his wife, I needed to make sure that he was okay.
I can still try anyway, can't I?
I agree he never saw me or still doesn't see me as his wife.
But to be fair, my responsibility to take care of Iris also extends to him.
After all, Iris isn't here as we speak, is she?
And for Iris being Cyril's daughter, by extension, I should be responsible for him as well.
Or isn't that so? Because if Cyril is not well, Iris would be affected too.
Hence, I need to see to it that Cyril is doing well by himself.
