Seokjin was about to pick up his daughter but received a call from his mother-in-law saying that they already dropped Jea off their house since they have an event they have to attend. That's why Seokjin is rushing upstairs when one of the helps said that Jea already did take a bath and went inside her room to rest. He went inside the room gently closing the door smiling when he saw his daughter sitting on the bed with her back pressed against the headboard. "Hello, little princess..." The girl let out a warm smile at her beautiful father who immediately sat on the edge of the bed reaching out for her small hands before kissing the back of it. "Where's Dada, Pa?" She asked with curious voice. Seokjin bit his lower lips feeling the funny emotions bubbling up in the pit of his stomach. It's just a simple question from his curious daughter with no other meaning than stated but the heavy feeling is rushing up in his system already making him remember what his husband awfully did. "Dad is busy, right? He needs to take care of the company." Seokjin gulps down when he almost choked because of the tears that is threatening to fall. "Papa," Jea held his hands tighter, "Let's make sure to shower Dad with so much love, okay? Let's just understand him for now, Pa." She said with a beautiful smile gracing her lips. Seokjin can feel his heart wavering because of the words coming from his little daughter, the main and will only be the source of his strength now. He bit his lower lips when a tear slipped through his eyes, looking away to wiped it only to be replaced with one another, he smiled at his daughter kissing the top of her forehead. "Yes, baby. We should love more Dad, okay?" He pulled his daughter closer making her sit on his lap, "A father will always be a father, Jea. Just incase your father did something wrong to other people, remember that you're always an excemption. He loves you more than anyone else in this world." He said kissing the top of his daughter's head. The girl crawled out of Seokjin's lap looking at him with a playful smile gracing her lips as if teasing her beautiful father about something. "But Dad also loves you very much, Papa." Jea said protruding her lips, "You're also an excemption?" The little girl asked. Seokjin gulps down leaning in to kiss both side of his daughter's cheeks before chuckling at how adorable she is in atleast there is someone who can calm him down. "I guess so, we're both an excemption." Seokjin made his daughter lie on the bed already pressing another kiss on her forehead before finally making her way out of the room to change his clothes. He took a bath and changed his clothes before sitting on the edge of his bed wiping his tears away. He is crying again. He bit his lower lips harshly wiping his tears after another tear and another so he ends up with a face flushed a deep shade of red because of his tears continuously streaming down his face. Not because he's showing that he's fine, he is really fine. The betrayal of his husband is too much to take in, he cant believe it. He wants to know where did he go wrong for Jungkook to seek affection from another man. His husband always makes him feel that he's more than enough, he always makes him feel loved and secured. That's why never did Seokjin doubted Jungkook to something as horrible as this. He clears his throat when he heard footsteps nearing his direction so he immediately wiped his tears away and fixed himself just in time when Jungkook opened the door. "Stay here in our room, Jea is already here," He looked at his husband, "Sleep on the couch." He said. Seokjin stood up and was about to go out of the room first but Jungkook grabbed him by the arms with apologetic look. The younger raised his brows at his husband with his head held up high before letting out a smirk. "Dont you even dare say sorry, Jungkook. You spend a day with him, right?" Seokjin took a step back, "Dont touch me again." He said with emphasis in his every words. With a heavy heart, he embraced himself and went downstairs sitting on their living room thankful that the helps is already in their rooms. He shut his eyes closed massaging his temples. His heart never fails to literally hurt every now and then with the thought of what his husband possibly did with his mistress today. Seokjin immediately opened his eyes when he heard footsteps nearing him, it was his husband who sat across of him looking at him straight in the eye. He hates it, he hates how he can still appreciate Jungkook's chiseld jaw and his prominent features. He hates himself for still admiring his bastard of a husband after everything. "Stop whatever you have with Eunwoo." He said looking at Jungkook with the same intensity. "I will forget everything, I wont even mention it anymore. Let's give him another job from a different company and maybe gave him a business he can start with." "Does that mean-" "But no, Jungkook. Yes, we are going to remain as a married couple but this is all for our daughter. Aside from the papers, there is nothing between us." Seokjin explained. Jungkook bit his lower lips running his fingers through his hair before looking at Seokjin once again observing his every expression- he hates how his husband is very good at masking his feelings. "Why, Jin? Dont you love me any-" "I love you so much, Jungkook. I dropped everything just to be the husband that your family wanted you to have. I left everything that I badly wants to do, all because I love you so much. I love you up until now," Seokjin shook his head, "But I am going to keep that love all to myself, you're not going to have it." He said. Seokjin took in a deep breathe standing up already as he can feel the tears that is already begging to come out of his eyes already. He looked at Jungkook- standing so proud, calm and as elegant as he should always be, "You had your chance, you blew it away. That's enough." He said shrugging his shoulders.
