Battle of the Two Kings
THUS, THE FORCES OF King Richard the Lion Heart, combined with the Merry Men, led by Sir Robin of Locksley, join to lay siege to Nottingham Castle. The combined factions gather outside the castle. The stars in the night sky twinkle above. There is nary a cloud in the sky.
Robin stands beside King Richard at the edge of the tree line looking upon the walls of Nottingham Castle. The Merry Men with the forces of the Lion Heart wait in the trees behind them.
“Fire a warning shot, Sir Robin!”
“As you say, my king.”
Robin Hood fires an arrow that sails over the wall of Nottingham castle, straight into Guy of Gisbourne’s right thigh. Sir Guy motions to the right thigh.
“AAAH! AAAH! AAAH!
“Fire another warning shot Sir Robin,” King Richard says.
