Keon lets out a growl before charging at me, causing Lydia to scream, scrambling to her feet but the next thing we hear is a whimper as he falls miserably on his side on the far side of the room.
“Are you okay?” he asks, glancing at me as Keon gets to his feet. “Please don’t hurt him, Nolan. Please,” Lydia pleads, shocking us. How the hell does she know his name?
“Stop this, Keon! Your father knew who and what he was! He knew the truth and protected him because he could see he was a good person! He didn’t kill your father! He made the sacrifice because he would have wanted someone to do it for you too,” she says to Keon and he staggers like he’s going to fall before letting out a loud howl and bolting out of the place.
