Anya Pov.
Anya’s eyes slowly cracked open, her orbs squinting at the sudden onslaught of sunlight assaulting her retinas and she felt like they were being pierced by needles.
Groaning as a pain hit her at the back of her head and she raised her hand up to touch it but then she glanced around in confusion only to cry out in sudden alarm at the sight before her.
A woman lay flat on the ground, her eyes turned towards the skies with a hollow look in her eyes; she looked lifeless!
