The Guardian

Episode 2: The Threat

Kara had no idea what she was supposed to do next. She had a powerful magical Artifact in her possession, and she had no idea who was after it or why. All she knew was that she had to protect it.

As she left the woods, she noticed a group of people in suits watching her. They looked like government agents, but there was something off about them. They seemed to be following her.

Kara tried to lose them, but they were persistent. She ducked into a coffee shop and tried to blend in with the crowd, but the agents spotted her and approached.

"Ms. Jones, we need to talk to you," the lead agent said.

Kara was scared, but she tried to act calm. "What do you want?"

"We know about the Artifact, and we need it," the agent said. "We believe it's too dangerous to be in the hands of one person."

Kara knew she couldn't give the Artifact up. "I can't just hand it over to you," she said. "I don't even know who you are."

The agent sighed. "Ms. Jones, we're trying to protect you. There are people out there who will stop at nothing to get their hands on the Artifact. We can keep it safe for you."

Kara didn't trust them, but she didn't know what else to do. She handed over the Artifact and watched as the agents drove away.
