After closing, Ryske had gone back to Bale’s to talk to the doc about Anwen. To let him know what was happening and check on what Anwen’s needs would be going forward.
Harlow and the rest of the crew stayed up through the night. She made more cookies and they’d cleaned the whole apartment while polishing off a bunch of booze Dover brought up from downstairs. Anything sensitive or personal was stored in the closet and the door was locked… this time with no one inside.
All of them slept late in the morning, so there was a crush in the bathroom when their day did get started. Still, no one slowed each other down. Even she was used to moving around the guys to go about her routine. Their fun night had been re-hashed during showers and coffee before they went their separate ways.
