There was no way I could access a car in the vehicle impoundment yard of police without informing the police about the cause of my investigation. If I was to acquire a formal permit from court to access the car from the impoundment yard it will take weeks, if not months, so I called Cassy hoping that she might have some connection to the department that could ease the process.
