The Shadow King took the form of a dragon to fight back, making the first strike, aiming to hit the Dragon Master with dark energy, injuring and infecting anything or anyone it touches.
The Dragon Master fought back with all the power he had. He roused the earth, allowing him to manipulate the earth's crust, focusing all his attacks on the King. However, he overpowered it.
As they flew across the land and carried the battle into the skies, the Dragon Master fought with all the elements he had. He controlled the waters of the sea, rivers, etc. and rose against the Shadow King.
He gathered and fought with the winds of the skies. He aimed flames and fire directly at the King, no matter that the darkness was a more powerful match against these elements. He had to use the power of light.
He fought the power of light, but it was an even match to the power of shadow and darkness. The Shadow King sent dark energy after. The Dragon Master fought hard, but he was subdued by the Shadow King. If this was the end of the Dragon Master, then it was as so was his whole land.
