As a matter of fact, there were two reasons why Reximus told Kennedy about Nara's bodyguard. First, because he wanted Ken to aware that he knew about him hugging and kissing his wife behind his back. Second, because he wanted Ken to stop meeting Nara. If Ken knew Nara had a bodyguard, he wouldn't even dare to approach Nara ever again or else Reximus would surely take matters into his own hands. It was a silent warning.
Apparently, the silent warning worked because Ken immediately felt dejected knowing that he couldn't meet Nara so casually anymore. At this rate, he might as well ended up cutting ties with Nara forever.
