Nara's POV:
'You're exposing yourself to danger,' Reximus's words kept ringing on my head.
Now I knew why Reximus never liked it when I came to the hospital to visit him. Now I understand everything. But it was too late now. I'm going to die at any second. He was trying to protect me. But I ended up putting myself in danger. I should have listened to him. Why had I been too stubborn?
Tears kept running down my cheeks continuously. The horrible man in front of me kept yelling at me, forcing me to sign the divorce paper. He had been slapping my face repeatedly. It hurts a lot. I could feel that my cheeks had already got swollen on both sides.
