Bee looked at the box and thought about how she had just suddenly thought of him, and how it was really meant to be.
When she was looking at the tuxedo and wondering if she wanted to go to this dinner, suddenly a new message came on her cell phone.
Bee put the dress aside, took the phone and opened it, but it was Mary.
"Bee ~~~~ do you have time next Thursday night?"
Next Thursday? Why does that sound so familiar.
Bee flipped through her memos and really didn't have anything special planned for that day.
"There is, why?"
"That bar we went to last time is having a big event next Thursday, and I was looking for you to go with me."
Bee had a sudden flash of inspiration and took a look at the invitation card she had just been given, it clearly said the same time, next Thursday.
Just now, she was still hesitant to go, but it turned out to be, must go now.
"Yeah."
A student's life is just busy, and before they knew it time had come to the day of the banquet.
Bee thought long and hard about it, but decided to wear the one tuxedo he had given her; it had been delivered anyway, and she hadn't left any way of practicing it, so she didn't know how to return it herself.
Bee tugged on the back of the tuxedo with one hand and stood at the bottom of her apartment waiting for Mary to pick her up.
While looking around, a familiar Cayenne, slowly stopped in front of her. jay's face, which was familiar, revealed itself from the slowly landing glass window.
"How come it's you, where's Mary?"
Jay rushed out of the car, helped Bee with her skirt, helped her into the car and closed the door.
Turning back to the driver's seat, he sat down before returning to her, "She had a bit of business and went straight to the bar to meet us there."
The car drove slowly out, neither of them knowing what to talk about, and an awkward silence began in the car.
After a moment of silence, Jay pretended to say offhandedly, "Your evening gown is beautiful today."
After saying that, he reddened from his ears to his neck.
"Thanks." Bee felt there was no need to talk to him about who actually gave him the dress, and anyway, she wore it herself, so she didn't look to say anything more.
Two people all the way to the bar, the service staff over to help park the car, Jay attentively reached out to help Bee, the two together into the door of the bar.
Just into the door, Jay felt around the eyes, of course, not to see their own, obviously everyone is looking at Bee.
Bee, on the other hand, was looking around curiously to see if there was anything good to eat, after all, she had just finished working out and hadn't had time to eat dinner yet, so she didn't even notice the gazes of others.
Jay intentionally took a step forward, blocking some people's view. Seeing Bee looking straight at the food in the distance, he smiled and led her over.
Satisfied, Bee smiled at him and patted his arm holding her up in recognition.
Still you understand my heart ah~~~
The two of them walked to the table where the food was placed at a quick, but not flustered pace, and ate elegantly and quickly.
Jay knew from the last time they ate that Bee was still quite a big eater, but she was surprisingly still skinny.
Jay sidestepped to block the view of the others and cover Bee as she feasted.
After eating for a while, Bee wiped her mouth with a napkin and patted Jay, who was looking at her with a smile on his face, to show that she had eaten well.
Jay raised his hand, ready to take down the physical residue that hadn't been wiped off from the corner of her mouth.
Bee suddenly felt a particularly pronounced gaze, slightly sideways to look over, did not expect lips just kissed Jay's fingertips, froze at once.
Jay also by her sudden kiss, shocked, froze on the spot.
Bee just at this time, saw Jacob who was not far away looking at himself. Although his expression didn't change in any way, and he still had a cold look on his face, but for some reason, he could just see the change in his eyes.
His eyes, in an instant, went cold.
Bee hurriedly raised her hand to push Jay's fingers away and turned back to ask him, "What are you doing?"
Jay was also just slowing down, his face was red and he said uncomfortably, "No, I was looking at the corner of your mouth and saw that you still had something dirty in it, and I wanted to help you take it off, but it turned out."
Bee raised her hand and wiped the corner of her own mouth, but forgetting about the fact that she was wearing lipstick, the lipstick was rubbed onto her cheeks by her hand as she exerted herself.
Jay didn't dare to directly reach out to help her wipe it this time, and hastily took a tissue and handed it over, signaling her to wipe it off, "You're rubbing the lipstick off."
"Huh?" Bee looked up, "I'd better go to the bathroom, I don't have a mirror."
Jay nodded and was just about to help her to the bathroom when he was stopped in his tracks by a friend who stepped aside.
Bee waved her hand to show him that he could go on his own, turned and headed towards the bathroom.
Jay watched worriedly as she walked away before turning his head to continue talking to his friend.
Bee wiped her face and fixed her makeup, looking in the mirror again and again before she walked out of the restroom satisfied.
As she walked and straightened the folds on her skirt, she was blocked from the way.
When she went left, the man went left, when she went right, the man followed her right.
Bee didn't hold back from looking up at the person, and as soon as she did, her eyes widened at the fact that it was Jacob, who had been looking at her earlier.
Raising her hand, she shook it at him in greeting, "Hi."
Jacob smiled slightly, "Hi."
Bee didn't know what to say for a moment, after all, she had still come to the party in the tuxedo he had given her, and to be seen kissing another man's hand, even though it wasn't intentional, seemed kind of weird.
Jacob gently grabbed her wrist and walked back towards the outside party as she did.
"Eh, wait," Bee called out to Jacob, "It's not a good idea for us to walk back like this."
Said the man trying to get him to let go of his wrist.
Jacob suddenly clasped his fingers so tightly that she couldn't break free.
"You're so flamboyant in this see tuxedo, now are you feeling bad?"
Bee asked curiously, "Didn't you give it to me? What's wrong with me wearing it?"
"It's because I gave it to you, that's why it's flashy." After saying that, he couldn't let her react, so he pulled her hand and walked back.
Bee was tugged forward, thinking he was going to take her back to the lobby, but Jacob pulled her around a corner and into a side room, closing the door behind him.
Bee was pinned against the door, grabbing her hands.
"What are you doing?" Bee tried as hard as she could to get free, but she couldn't.
Jacob bent down, his face close to hers, and rubbed the tip of his nose against her chin. Slowly rubbing along his chin, he lifted her face up and rubbed the tip of her nose.
Lips pressed to hers, "What do you think I want?"
Bee opened her mouth to reply, "How do I know..."
