(Lucas’ POV) Dinner the other night went really well. The girls all got along famously, and I’ve got a sneaky suspicion Lionel has made it onto Sally’s match-making radar. Even I kind of felt bad for him since he was by himself, but Lionel doesn’t have a lot of confidence when it comes to women, because he says he's too big of a geek for their liking. Speaking as a totally objective friend, I don't understand his shyness with women. He’s a good-looking guy. He kinda has that “surfer-dude” look about him. We sometimes work out together, so I know he’s got a decently toned body. He’s easy going, nice, and can be charming when he wants to be. I’ve seen it for myself on rare occasion.
