I’m walking into our pack house to head to my dad’s office. He called me to come see him after I finished up with Alpha Brendon. Usually I come straight in from training and grab a snack. I am hungry and spent from the day, and not really interested with whatever this is about.
After knocking on the door and getting the okay, I walk in and take a seat in front of his desk. Looking over at him, I realize he is in the middle of a linked conversation. He has a distant look on his face and his eyes are slightly clouded the way they do when we mind link, but his hazel color returns after a few moments.
