Evans POV
‘’So Mr. Evans, tell us a bit about yourself. ‘’
‘’Well , am twenty six years of age. I have done data analysis and statistics practically all my life. My dad was a freelance data analyst too and I used to work with him in my teen years. He taught me most if not everything I know today. I learned through apprenticeship sometimes and acquired necessary knowledge for this position. I work best under minimimal or even no supervison. I am quite eloquent , a hardworker and a team player. I am neither sloppy nor lazy.I believe you will find me as a good investment to your firm.’’
‘’How do you work under pressure , Mr Evans’’
I swear that interviewer had something against me. He just didn’t like me and I could see it.
‘’Well, under pressure sir, I try my level best to provide maximum results to my capabilities. I maximize on my resources and get the job done .’’
‘’Are you sure , Mr,Evans’’
‘’Y..yes pretty sure.’’
‘’Okay I guess that would be all for now. We’ll get back to you when we can.’’
‘’Here is my CV and my application letter sir ,’’
‘’Just leave it with the receptionist on your way out. Good day .’’
‘’Good day, gentlemen.’’
Did I do something wrong to that guy. Does he for some reason hate me for something that I know nothing about apparently? This was just the worst of my worst days. Nothing was working out for me. What are the odds that there was the same interviewer in both interviews and it was the one who hated me. I was devasted. Mostly when I was devastated I would go and talk to Grace but this proved not to be a solution. I went to my apartment confused. I cancelled my meetings for the day and sulked my way to my house.
I couldn’t comprehend how things were going how did my day turn out so bad . I had it all planned out from the beginning

The same way as last time. I was not happy .The number of times I blamed karma for my misfortunes that day were so many times. It got to a point where I started thinking of all the people I had wronged in my life and how maybe this was a way of the universe punishing me because of what I had done. I wanted this day to end so badly. I passed over at Graces coffee shop to check up and see if I could talk to her. Traffic was bad that day too so I could swear the universe had it for me that day.
As I entered the coffee shop, I Could notice the increase in the number of customers that day ,my section especially was filled to the max and I couldn’t think of anything else but to look for her,
I needed some encouragement mostly from Grace since I had missed her too. I couldn’t spot her. I looked everywhere for her but couldn’t be able to spot her.
I looked at her and
