Chapter TenA couple of nights later He lay in bed still. Eyelids shut, mouth closed, chest rising and falling as he breathed. He was in a hospital gown underneath sheets. The lights were out. In fact, the only light that could be seen was the one shining inside of the room from the hallway. Although the light wasn’t much, it was enough to outline the upper half of his body.
