When Leah walked into the Sprint store, she was greeted by a white chick wearing way too much makeup. She was standing behind a small glass podium with an iPad in her hand.
“Earlier today, I accidentally knocked my phone off into the toilet. I got it out immediately, and even let it sit in rice for a few hours, but it still won’t power back on.”
“Oh, no.” The animated worker said, “That’s no fun,” trying her hardest to sound concerned. “But, no worries; I’ll have one of our technicians look at it for you right away. Worst case scenario, we’ll have to switch you into a new device. May I have your first name?”
