Dominic has been restless pacing around in my head. Every time I ask him what’s up he just doesn’t seem to know. The pack border has been bustling there seem to be other wolves nearby, but they don’t smell like rouges either way no one has sent an inquiry to be on my pack lands, so it has me on my guard. I just wish I could figure out what’s wrong with Dom before I have to deal with the border stalkers. I mind link the pack to be on high alert to any intrusion on our boarders. Hopefully we have no issues arise so close to the counsel meeting.

Ivan my mate had introduced himself then explained to me what was expected of me and what I will have to prove to him to become his true mate. Ha! It was laughable the garbage that came out. And then when he turned to me done with his little story I laughed right at him. He didn’t like that one bit he left with a disgusted look and told me I should get my act together if I don’t want to be rejected as his mate and slammed the door. After a while the big guy came back and gave me some clean cloths and a quick injection to quote “keep my calm” while I dressed and returned to my chains. After the d**g wore off, and I took a little nap me and Opal communed our plan again. It was now the day I would start to gain more wolf strength before my birthday. For the next two days I didn’t see Ivan, but the big guy brought me real meals an a update that the alpha is still preparing, so I better be on my best behavior. Tomorrow this will end I’ll be leaving the first chance I get.

The morning felt different today it may be my birthday and should be happy and light, but the situation wasn’t what I would call light, even though I no I’m not okay it really feels okay this morning the aches in my body are gone and my wrist no longer seem to be burning from the silver cuffs which I wouldn’t call the most normal 18th birthday wolves experience.

“Opal what’s happening?” I ask inwardly.

“Sienna we are a very special wolf.” She responds sounding far stronger than she ever did even before this experience.

“ What do you mean?” I ask truly intregued.

“ Well you are a direct line Opal moon pack wolf an every so many years an opal wolf is born from the direct line meaning you Sienna.” She says like that just answered all my question.

“ I don’t think now is the time to be getting into that Sienna we need to get out of here.” She says binging me back to our situation.

“ Your right.” I say pulling myself off the floor.

Based on the last few days big guy will come in shortly to give me my meal then be back to collect the tray and tell me if the alpha will be gracing me with his presence. After a while he brings me my meal and leaves, the plan is to eat and take him out when he’s back. Enjoying my oh so great ham sandwich I polish it off and get to work pulling on the chains I can test there resistance much better now that they don’t burn me. Stretching the chains as far as they go I lift my legs up against the wall and push myself into a standing position on the wall, giving a good jerk the chains break off at the wall finally freeing me. Well mostly since they are still tightly clamped around my wrists. When I’m up and ready I position myself behind the door and wait for the big guy chains in hand making for a fancy choker for this dog. The thumping of his feet down the hall let me no he’s on his way.

Just as the door opens he’s already speaking “ Guess your in luck the alpha will be coming to see you soon.” he barely gets out as the door bangs closed with me on his back chain twisted around his neck as he reaches to get at them. Not having any luck he starts to ram his back against the wall with me on him leaving me no choice but to end this before it causes to much of a commotion. Twisting the chains tighter one more time I push off the wall he had been ramming me into flipping over his head and in turn flipping him over my shoulder he lands with a c***k and goes limp. I know I’ve snapped his neck with that move and quickly start searching for the keys in his pockets. I find them and go for the chains on my left wrist, they come undone easy but as I go for the other I hear more footsteps down the hall. s**t I put the key in my pocket and wrap the remaining chain around my forearm I get into position behind the door again waiting for them to enter.

Just as the door closes I slam against Ivan with my wrapped arm he falls over a little disoriented by the fall I grab his leg and pull him farther into the room quite surprised I had the strength for that. He looks up at me after taking in the room.

“ What are you doing pet.” He says threw clenched teeth.

“ Oh you know just trying to escape nothing much.” I retort with a smirk.

“ And where will you go if you pull your little escape off you have no one left, and you belong to me pet.” He says bringing his body up onto his hands.

Kicking down on his back hard I say “ Well anywhere would be better than being trapped with a psycho like you.”

Moving my way toward the door he rasps a harsh laugh, turning I see him roll onto his back before getting back up. While I have carefully maneuvered the keys out of my pocket and undo the other cuff. He gets a glimpse of this and his lips form a tight line as black etches his eyes.

“ Don’t you dare try to leave me Sienna” He growels out.

Laughing I throw the chain from my arm strait at his face.” what are you going to do if I do huh” I ask as he hisses at the burn of the silver on his face

“ Do not test me sienna you won’t like how I treat you then.” He growls finally getting to his feet.

“ I will be and when I get out of here I will find my father and warn him of you.” I say watching the question appear across his face.

“Oh I’m sorry you believed my uncle was my father so you don’t no Arthur is my father.” I say with a smirk as he contortes his face to pure rage.

“ Arthur is your father ha, it was one thing to be his neice but you are that scums child no, never, I could never.” He begins to yell.

“ I reject you Sienna blake as my mate.” he states spitting onto the floor with his words.

Pain emanated from my core like being stabbed all over again I lurch for just a second as he takes a step toward me. Well too can play that game.

“ I Sienna Blake accept your rejection Ivan Sharper.” I say watching him crumple to the floor clutching his chest.

Turning from the scene I open the door and peak out all clear. Silently I creep down the hall hearing voices from down below I feel my best bet is a window from this floor. There are two more doors that have no noise coming from them reaching for the knob to the first its locked, I head toward the seond one it twist right as I hear a shout from behind followed by a bang my side aches as a bullet went right into it. Cursing I rush into the room and spot a window with a few boards covering it rushing toward I pertect my face as I crash threw it trying hard to surpress the pain I feel as Opal chimes in.

“ Go that way. “ She gestured to my right. Hauling myself up I run in that direction as fast as I can hearing them yell and take off after me.

“ You need to go to the boreder now!” Dom barks at me throwing me off in the middle of a jab towards lucas. Holding my hands up I pause to talk to Dom.

“What do you mean?” I ask.

“We need to get to the boarder now the north side quickly now GO!” He comands me shaking my core a little.

“ Okay, okay I hear you a explanation would be nice but we will do what you say.”

I gestured to lucas to follow me as I head to where Dom commanded. Getting closer I feel something stir inside me an unfamilliar feeling tingle down my spine as we get closer, I hadn't even realized I'd gone full sprint tell Lucas caught up to me.

“Whats happening?” He asks trying to keep pace with me.

“Dom said I was needed at this side of the boarder now, he was pushing hard and now that I'm closer I feel like I need to be there no matter what.” I reply focusing on the path infront of me.

As we get closer to the boarder I can smell wolves not mine and not rouges. Howling and yelling is happening, taking just a moment I mind link my gamma to get a squad together to meet us here asap. Getting to myborder the sounds and voices get louder not quite here but not to far off. Getting fighting ready I wait for the first one to cross my pack line, when the most amazing scent hit my sences like lavander an coco an warm honey.

“Mate!!” Dom barks in my mind just as my eyes come across a girl running strait towards me shes gripping her side, her blonde hair is whipping behind her as she clears out boarder. Lucas goes full action to grab her when I growl.

“Mine” I say strongly releasing my alpha aura.

He pauses and looks back at her then to a commotion coming in behind her. I quickly find myself infront of her reaching out to catch her from the impact of her run. She looks up into my eyes piercing me with the most sky blue eyes I’d ever seen. She stops breathing for a second only to say.

“What?” Before grabbing harder at her side pulling her hand away blood coats her hand.

“Lucas capture the intruders I need to see a pack doctor right now” I say pulling her up into my arms and running toward the pack hospital.

She pushes at me as I do this but after a minute she stops glancing down I say “ Don’t worrie love I’ll have you to the doctor real quick your gonna be fine.”

She just looks at me confused but doesn’t do anything but let me take her there.

“We found her Gabriel.” Dom howls in my head thumping his tail and trotting in circles. “ We did now lets just see whats happend to her.’’ I say back taking another quick glance at my mate in my arms.
