Chapter 4

Wednesday

"Saya mo ata ngayon Paris." Nakangiting tugon ni mommy.

Well yes I'm happy and believe it or not I don't why.

"Oo mommy sa sobrang saya ni ate ako ang hindi pinatulog." Kumunot ang noo namin dahil don. "Paano ba naman, irit ng irit si ate kagabi eh alam naman niyang magkatabi kwarto namin! Hindi naman soundproof kwarto niya." Nakanguso ito at halata nga na puyat.

Well it's kinda true naman na umiirit ako but hindi naman malakas yun para marinig sa kabilang room.

"Well, i...was watching my favorite uhmm... Movie?" I lied. Well I can't say na umiirit ako kasi masaya ako na hindi ko alam kung baket!

Well maybe that's the reason....

When the other side is quiet na, i slowly open the door and to my surprise! There's a paper bag in front of my door.

So i quickly get it and get back to my bed to open it. I'm excited yes! Because i saw the brand name in the paper bag and i think i have an idea what's inside of this paper bag.

I slowly open the paper bag and yes! I almost jump in happiness because of what i saw in the paper bag!

My dress!

But wait, did Caleb buy it? But where naman? Wala nito dun sa mall kanina ah?

Oh nevermind! At least i have it in my hands now! I really love it! But wait, what if mom see this? I'm sure iisipin nun na binili ko parin ito? But I don't have the receipt so? Argh! It's ok na nga lang!

Siyempre sa sobrang happy ko I'm screaming like an idiot! But not so loud dahil alam ko na sleeping na sila mommy and daddy.

After that, ni-try ko pa yun sa CR then do some pose. Oh i forgot to post it in my i********:! But, iisipin kaya ng followers ko na gaya gaya ako? Well nevermind i like the dress!

Hindi talaga kami nakain ng hindi kumpleto, so when Caleb arrived we started eating na

"Good morning po."

I look at Caleb who's now sitting in front of me. Well baka puntahan ko siya mamaya sa guestroom para mag thank you.

We ate breakfast peacefully. Oh an by the way pur breakfast is pancakes and toast bread.

I put a butter in my pancake and strawberry syrup.

"By the way anak, kelan ang alis niyo ni Caleb?" Dad ask while slicing his pancake.

"I don't know po, ask him." Turo ko kay Caleb na kumakain ng toast bread na may butter.

"A-ah ano baka po siguro bago mag monday dahil baka next next week ang simula ng klase." He answered. So malapit na pala ang pasukan? I'm still not ready to move out.

"Mom, pwede ako sumama kay ate?" Psalm, my baby, ask.

He's sweet talaga! He's also slightly pouting like baby! So adorable.

"No, hindi ka pa naman college eh." Dad answered.

Well Psalm is only grade 11 senior highschool student. I'm only 2 years older than Psalm eh. I'm 19 while he's only 17. And like me, he's also taking STEM in senior highschool. He wants to be an engineer.

"Really?! Sa college? Ate antayin mo ako! Promise hindi ako babagsak." He said in a mayabang way.

I jut laugh, same with mom and dad.

Caleb is smiling but he's quite.

I wonder why?

After our breakfast i immediately go to back to my room to take shower dahil ng kakausapin ko pa sa Caleb to say thank you. I don't want to talk to him ng naka pajama lang ako diba?

After the shower.... I'm just wearing my pambahay.

It's just a white shirt with a 'savage' print in front of it. Then my usual shorts then i sprayed a little bit of perfume. Then my tsinelas pambahay. And i tied my hair into a bun.

After a long dress up, I'm done. I go to our guest room so i can talk to Caleb. But after a minute of knocking I'm starting to get pissed.

Is he ignoring me?

"Paris? What are you doing here?"

I look at Caleb na kakaakyat palang sa hagdan. So he's not in his room?! And here i am still knocking?!

"Why aren't you in your room?" I ask. "Do you know how long I'm here?"so annoying!

"Uhh, i played with Psalm?" I think he's nervous? Why?

"What are you ba? Are you bata?" Pagtataray ko pa. I like his face na mukang kinakabahan na parang hindi. It's funny!

"A-ah ano... Inaya niya lang ako. H-hindi ko alam na.... Ano...." Haha! He didn't know what to say!

I still want to tease him but my laugh betrayed me! Now I'm laughing like there's no tomorrow!

"Y-your face hahaha its funny!" I said while still laughing.

Now nakakunot na yung eyebrows nya. He's funny!

"By the way, bago ko makalimutan. I just want to say sorry." Nakangiting sabi ko. "Sorry ikaw yung napagbuntungan ko ng inis kahapon, hindi ko kasi mahanap yung dress na gusto ko eh!" Reklamo ko naman sakanya. He smiled and he's so gwapo!

Si psalm kasi cute eh.

"And thank you, i know ikaw yung nagbigay nung dress." I smiled sweetly.

"Your welcome." He's still smiling and ang cute din pala nung dimples niya?

"Ah! Bilisan mo, mag bihis ka! Yung maayos huh." I have plan!

"What why? Aalis ba tayo?" He asked.

"Nope, isasama kita sa picture ko so i can post it in instagram." Then pumunta na ako sa room ko.

I get the dress he brought.

I'm now wearing the white fitted long sleeve turtleneck dress he brought then white shoes. I also get my denim jacket to finish the look.

Pupuntahan ko sana si Caleb sa room niya to check him but i saw him in front of my door. I didn't bother asking him kung bakit hindi siya kumatok.

I bring him to my full length mirror inside my room. I checked his outfit.

He is wearing a light gray hoodie and a black shorts. He also wear a pair of white sneakers. And he wear his black watch, his hair is in a messy style but it looks good.

"Uhm, can you wear a denim jacket like mine?" Para naman same kami diba? It cute kaya

Tumango lang siya at bumalik sa kwarto niya. Pagbalik ay nakasuot na siya ng denim jacket just like what i said.

Perfect!

Now, we are in front of my full length mirror.

"Hey, can you pose normal?" He's like a robot! He's just standing there.

"Ah, y-yeah."

"Hey, I want the old Caleb back." He's annoying but i like the old Caleb!

He looked clueless at first but he smiled. So maybe he gets what i want?

But i didn't say to be like this?!

He get the phone to me and inakbayan niya pa ako! At first medyo natulala pero nakaya naman. Hay he's so full of surprises noh?

He slightly cover his face using my phone, nakaakbay pa rin siya sakin so i put my hands at his back dahil hindi ko naman siya kayang akbayan. It's so good! Lalo at parehas kaming nakatingin sa cellphone lang. We look like a couple! I mean! No, we're not!

We took a two shots then done!

Caleb is smiling so i smiled too.

"Tag me ok?" He sit in front of me. I'm sitting in my bed eh. "If not, I'll tell them I'm your boyfriend." I just roll my eyes on him that make him laugh.

So yeah i posted our picture in i********: and i also put a caption on it. And of course! Tag this guy! He's annoying but i like him that way, nit the other Caleb earlier na mukang takot sa akin.

He just smiled at me and look at his phone.

"No need to comment naman eh." Inirapan ko siya ng pabiro.

"I want them to know." Then he look at his phone again.

I don't know but, sabi niya na kung pwede daw muna siya dito sa room ko. And of course i said yes. As long as he's not annoying.

So here's the situation. I'm leaning on my head board while watching Netflix in my laptop and he's at my sofa while playing in his phone. I think that one is call of duty? I don't know

When my phone vibrate i look at it. It's from i********:. By the way my picture has 30,000 plus likes na and comments. And some of them are asking who is the guy. But I didn't answer anything. But what caught my eyes is....

And after i read that comment my door opened!

"You! Mang aagaw ka ng ate!" Susugudin sana ni Psalm si Caleb pero agad na dumalo sa daddy sakanya na kasunod niya lang pala.

"Hey, stop. Ano ka ba Psalm!" Saway ni daddy.

Si Caleb ay napatayo na na din pati ako!

"Si Caleb daddy! Inaagaw sakin si ate! Dati naman ako yung sinasama niya sa picture niya tas ipopost sa i********: eh! Ngayon sa Caleb sinama niya!" Ungot ni Psalm kay daddy.

Now he's being a baby again! I know why. Dati kasi nung puro trabaho si mommy and daddy kami lagi naiiwan ni Psalm sa bahay, he's so clingy to me na minsan aakalain mong boyfriend ko dahil kung hindi nakaakbay sa akin eh laging nakasunod. Tas pag may kakausap sakin na lalaki sa school haharangin agad. And lastly dati muntik na kami ma kidnap ni psalm, i mean si Psalm lang dapat pero napasama ako dahil hindi lo binitawan si Psalm nun. Buti na nga lang may checkpoint. Simula num naging super clingy tapos talaga nagpapa baby pa sa akin! Kulang nalang sa isang kwarto kami matulog.

"Kasi siya nag bigay ng dress sa akin!" Hindi siya titigil hanggat walang explanation.

"Edi bibigyan din kita ng dress! Gown pa kung gusto mo!" Then he walked out.

He's so matampuhin! Hayst i think he's forever my baby! He's like a 10 year old child eh?

Dad was just smiling.

"Suyuin mo yun." Then lumabas na siya ng room.

Si Caleb? Ayun nagtataka sa reaction ni psalm.

"Hey, it's ok. Ganyan talaga si psalm matampuhin." I explained. Baka mamaya mahiya nanaman siya.

"Ok?" Then he go back to my sofa and continue playing.

Aba, namihasa! Ayaw pa umalis! But i know magiging rude ako kung papaalisin ko siya. So bumalik lamg din ako sa kama and decided to read comments in my picture-- i mean our picture.

That's what caught my attention! I want to just slap her! And some of my haters are saying na oo ng daw. It's so annoying.

Then i saw micaila's comment.

This girl is so annoying! Then my mood lighten up when i saw his comment.

@weird_Caleb: why? Is that dress yours? @itsmicaila you're not the owner of that dress, you didn't buy that. Stop accusing someone.

@Psalmat: luh bHie? Ikaw nanahi nun? Ikaw bumili? Ikaw ba nagbenta nun? Hay nako daming assumera sa mundo dumagdag pa kayo.

I almost cried. I'm touched! Thet are my knight in shining armor! Well natural na kay Psalm ipag tanggol ako but now, Caleb is also protecting me.

"Thank you." I sincerely said then smile.

When Caleb already go out i also change my into pang alis na dahil i think i know how to suyo that childish guy.

I'm now wearing a black bodysuit for the top and baggy denim pants for the bottom. I partner it with a mocha sandals. And of course i spray some CHANNEL perfume and put a light make-up. Then grab my wallet and phone.

I didn't bother to bring bag na kase diyan lang naman ako sa pinkamalapit na mall.

Pagbaba ko ay nakita ko sa Caleb sa sala na naglalaro sa phone niya. Again? May muscle na kaya yung thumb niya? Kanina pa siya pindot ng pindot.

"Hey," tawag ko na agad naman niyang nilingon "Sa mall lang ako, tell mom and dad na uuwi din ako."

Mamaya kasi ma paranoid nanaman si mommy at akalain na maglayas pa ako.

"Ha? Bakit? San ka punta, sama ako?" Sunod sunod agad na sabi niya.

"Hindi na, dito ka nalang. Baka magtaka nanaman si Psalm." I laugh.

"Sorry, nagaway pa kayo."

"Nope, ganyan talaga siya, Don't worry."

Then i exit na dahil baka gabihin pa ako. Oh i forgot to book a taxi! Omg so makakalimutin!

After a long walking dahil palabas pa ako ng village namin ay nakahanap na ako ng taxi. Sinabi ko na yung mall na pupuntahan ko.

Nung nakarating ay agad akong pumunta sa isang ice cream store to buy a large ice cream, the flavor is cookies and cream. The other ice cream i bought is large din but the flavor is chocolate.

Then after that, sa isang chocolate store naman. I bought some Toblerone, dary milk, and more chocolate. I don't know, Psalm really like sweet but hindi siya tumataba!

After that pumunta na ako sa isang Mac store to buy a Nintendo switch. And it's for Caleb not mine. Siguro thank you? Di kaya isipin niya na muka akong pera? Hayst bala na si daddy manlaki ang mata pagkatapos tignan ang card ko.

Also, nakikita ko kasi na mahilig talaga si Caleb sa mga online game. Nakita ko nga siya naglaro ng Call Of Duty.

Then after all the shits, umuwi na ako sa bahay dahil matutunaw yung ice cream! Pero nagulat ako dahil may naka park na sasakyan sa tapat ng house namin. Wait? Mau visitors ba si daddy?

"Uhh, I'm home?" I shout.

"Nasa garden po sila ma'am. May bisita po, kaklase niyo ata ma'am?" Sabi ni yaya. Oh? I think i know na kung sino.

I just go to my room and put all the ice in my mini ref inside my room. Then i get some pambalot for the nintendo switch. Oh pati pala yung chocolate nilagay ko na sa ref.

Then change into my pambahay na para babain na sila sa garden. Then nagbabalot ako ng gift when someone knock in my door so i immediately put the gift inside my kumot.

Turns out it's Caleb pala.

"Hey, may bisita ka sa baba. Tawag ka na ng parents mo." He said in a serious tone.

Is he galit ba?

"May...uh... Pwede malaman kung sino yun? Ano kase...ayaw sabihin ni Psalm eh." Hinimas pa nito ang batok niya.

I laugh a bit then answer him.

"His name is Theo santos. He's my classmate since grade 6? I don't know. He said he likes me. Lagi niyang pinapakita. But ang hangin niya kasi! Ang annoying niya." Sabi ko at i even cross arms dahil sa reklamo.

"Panalo ako..."

"What?" I heard him say something.

"Nothing, tara na." Yaya niya at inantay pa ako.

Then sabay kaming bumaba at pumunta sa garden. There i saw Theo talking to mom and dad.

"Theo, what are you doing here?" I ask him.

Kasi naman wala naman akong books na hiniram para kunin niya, kadalasan kasi yun ang excuse niya para pumunta dito.

"Ah, yayayain sana kita, enrollment na sa school, tara sabay na tayo." Nakangiting sabi nito. Oh i forgot Theo is a year older than me and he's 2nd year college na. I think he's taking business administration? Dunno.

"Ah, hindi kasi dito mag ka-college si Paris hijo eh." Dahilan ni mommy. She's so active pagdating sa pag alis ko noh?

"Po? San po? Ibang school?" I saw in his eyes na kinakabahan siya.

Ok, i know he likes me But i already told him na walang chance! Sabi jiya ok lang, pag siya nasaktan bala siya.

Mom explain everything to Theo, of course Theo didn't talk so i walk out na to get my gift for Psalm.

I put all the ice cream and chocolate in one plastic. Then i knock on Psalm's door. He opened naman but nakanguso! He's so cute!

"Pwede ako pumasok?" I ask happily.

I want to laugh dahil sobrang childish niya! But then, baka lalong magalit sa akin.

"Are you mad?" I ask a stupid question.

He didn't answer.

"Come on, baby bro. Don't be mad na." I slightly punch him na rin.

Again, he didn't answer.

"Here, i have a peace offering." I give him the plastic full of ice cream and chocolate.

And Psalm being Psalm he smiled happily then grab the plastic to get the chocolate.

Now he's happy!

"It's mine? Really?! Thank you ate!" Then he hug me. "You're the best!"

He started eating the chocolate na.

"Bati na tayo?" I also get some kisses na chocolate.

"Yep. And I'm sorry for being childish, ikaw kasi eh!" He stand up and go to his closet. Pag dating ay may dala siyang white paper bag.

"Hindi ako makahanap nung favorite dress mo kaya yan nalang." Inabot niya ito ng naka nguso. "Naunahan lang ako ni Caleb ibigay."

Tinignan ko namana ng laman ng paper bag and nilabas ko.

Oh it's a square necklace mini body con dress! It's color sky blue din! And it's so maganda!

Sa sobrang saya ay nayakap ko na si Psalm! It's so maganda!

"Thank you! It's so maganda Psalm! I really like it!" Then kiss his forehead. Tumingkayad pa ako dahil kahit mas matanda ako nas matangkad siya.

After ng ilang tawanan ay lumabas na ako sa room ko. Next naman kay Caleb. Kinuha ko yung gift ko sakanya na nakabalot na sa wrapper.

Hahanapin ko sana sa room niya pero nakita ko siya paakyat ng hagdan. So i called him.

"Yes?" Lumingon siya at lumapit sa akin.

"I just wanna say thank you. I know hindi mo kailangan ng gift or thank you gift. But i still want to give this to you." I give him the gift.

"What's this?" He asked while opening my gift.

"It's a TV." I sarcastically said. He just laugh and continue opening the gift.

When he finally opened the gift he's mouth fell open. He's shocked!

"So... You like it?" I nervously ask.

Mamaya ayaw niya tapos ibalik. Sayang pera ko!

"This...this is mine?" He ask but shock parin siya.

"Uhh, no. Pinabuksan ko lang." He's annoying eh! Sabi na ngang gift ko sakanya!

He laugh. Then laugh. I don't know but he hugged me while still laughing.

Mas matangkad siya kaya nakaharap lang ako sa dibdib niya. I swear i can hear his heart throbbing.

"I'm happy.... God, you are so adorable." Then i was schock when he kiss my forehead! So hindi agad ako nakakilos.

Nung bumalik na ako sa reyalidad ay nakita ko siya na pumasok na sa room niya. Wait.. what just happened? He really kiss my forehead?

Nilagay ko ang kamay ko sa dibdib ko at pinakiramdaman iyon.

God..... it's.... Uhh... Ang bilis ng t***k niya.. i think i need a doctor. It's really fast! And why do i feel like my cheeck is burning?! I was in the middle of asking myself why am i feeling this when i heard my annoying brother.

"Yieee, si ate dalaga na."

Annoying!
