Chapter 7

Many days passed. Every night Caleb will knock to my door just to do 'that"

Gaya kagabi.

Time check: 10:20 pm

I am closing my eyes when someone knock to my door! Who ever that is? I'm gonna kill him or her! But I'm sure it's him!

"What the heck--" i was cut by his movements.

Like the usual, he pat his hands on my head then using his index finger he trace my forehead down to my nose until my lips. Then lastly he kissed my forehead.

"Sorry to disturb you. Goodnight my queen see you tomorrow." Then he smiled.

He's so annoying! Everytime he do that something in my Mind saying.

'Smile at him you b***h!'

I don't know but i will never do that! Smile at him? In my dreams!

"Can i swim ate?"

Napatingin ako kay Psalm na nakalean sa table sa sala habang nakatitig sa akin.

"Kanina ka pa tulala parang baliw na ate." Bored niyang sabi.

"Kung magiging annoying ka rin lang matulog ka nalang para tumangkad ka." Though mas matangkad siya sa akin. But still! Ang annoying eh!

It's sunday today so tomorrow it will be our first day of hell. I don't want to go but I want to be a model! And ang usapan namin ni daddy i have to finish college.

"Oh, bored kayo noh? Gusto niyo magsimba?" Aya ni tita.

Simba? Baka masunog si Psalm!

"Baka po masunog si ate." Mahinang sabi ni Psalm pero narinig ko! Kaya naman agad ko siyang sinipa ng palihim at pinandilatan.

Ako nga hindi ko sinabi na baka masunog siya!

"Magbihis na kayo. Alas otso ang misa." Paalala niya at umakyat na para siguro magbihis.

8:00am? Well i still have one and half hour to prepare.

Like the usual, naligo ako at nagbihis.

I'm wearing a denim jumper pants, and for the top I'm wearing plain white shirt. I also wear a white FILA shoes. I let my hair down. It's wavy so i don't need to curl it. I also wear my pink watch. Lastly my perfume. And i grab my mini backpack.

That's my outfit, lumabas na ako ng room ko. I will wait them sa sala nalang. But when i go out i saw Psalm and Caleb. They look presentable.

Psalm is wearing black button down polo. He fold the sleeves until his elbow. He also wear a black jeans and a white shoes. As usual he wear his favorite plain silver necklace and his manly perfume. For the last, he wear his black watch.

And for Caleb,

He is wearing a dark gray sweater he also fold the sleeves until his elbows. He also wear a dark blue jeans and white and black shoes. He also wear a watch. And i can also smell his manky perfume.

They both look good huh.

"Para kang pupunta sa date Psalm." I tease him. He really don't like dating eh.

"Yuck ate kadiri naman eh."

Caleb and I laugh.

"Bakit? Masaya naman mag date ah. Basta hanggang date lang." Then Caleb laugh again.

"So pinaasa mo lang ganon?" Aba I'm a girl too you know? Hanggang date lang?

"What? Masaya naman yung ganon. Walang obligasyon." Depensa ni Caleb. Aba't!

"Para sainyo! Eh sa aming mga babae, paasa ang tawag don." I even cross my arms in my chest.

"Eh--"

"Ganyan kasi kayong guys eh, you always want to play without knowing na may na hurt sa ginagawa niyo! May sad kaya tapos kayo happy?" I cut Caleb. Psh, now i think nagiging si mom na ako.

Caleb and Psalm's mouth fell open.

"Maka rant ka naman ate feeling nag ka jowa ka na ah." Psalm smile at me.

"Really? Hindi ka nagkaka boyfriend?" Caleb has an amuse smile on his face.

"Bakit ligawan mo ate ko?" Mayabang na tanong ni Psalm.

Hindi niya manlang ba naisip na mag PINSAN kami!

"Bakit pwede ba?" Patol naman ni Caleb.

You are my freaking COUSIN!

"Gago mamatay ka muna." May inis sa mga mata ni Psalm.

COUSIN! Guys COUSIN! tapos magkapatid pa si Mommy at tita!

"Pano ko liligawan ate mo kung patay na ako?"

"Problema mo na yun."

"Aba hindi ata pwede yun."

"Ako kinakalaban mo?"

"Eh ayaw mo akong payagan eh!"

"Bakit pag umoo ako gagawin mo?"

"Aba siyempre--"

"Mga annoying kayo!" I Shout. "You. Are. My. Freaking. COUSIN!" I said-- i mean i shout.

Caleb and Psalm frowned. They are sp annoying! I hate them.

"So what? Eh kung love niyo--" i cut Psalm.

"Just shut up will you?" Then bumaba na ako at dun inantay sila tita.

"Hey, you mad?" Caleb ask.

We are both here in the sala waiting for tita. Also, kasama pala si tito so medyo natagalan. Psalm is in their room.

"Nope." Yes!

"Why? We are just joking." he poke my shoulder. "I'm sorry. Won't do that again."

Hanggang makarating kami sa church ay hindi ko pinansin sila Caleb at Psalm. Bala sila diyan. Ang annoying nila eh!

Nang matapos ang misa ay nag mall muna kami. We ate at a restaurant.

Then medyo nag gala pa kami. So boring naman.

"Ah, mama pwede po mag shopping muna?" Paalam ni Caleb. I think i want to forgive him na.

"Why?" Tanong ni tita halata ang pagkadisguto sa boses niya.

"A-ah, hilig po ni Paris mag shopping." Dahilan ni Caleb at tumingin pa ito sa akin.

Tita immediately smile.

"Talaga?! Kung ganon ay tara. Piliin mo lahat ng gusto mo." Tuwang tuwa na sabi nito.

Tito smile at me like giving a sign na 'buy all you can'

Nagustuhan ko naman ang sinabi niya. Kaya lang medyo namiss ko si mommy pag si mommy kasi ang sasabihin lang niya....

"Hula ko kung si mommy yan sasabihin nanaman non." Psalm cleared his throat. "Ang dami dami mo namang damit bibili ka pa? Saan mo ilalagay ang mga yon? Sayang sa pera yan Parisa! Puro damit damit damit! Jusko parisa aatakihin ako sa dami ng mga damit mo sa bahay!" Talagang ginaya niya pa ang boses ni mommy!

Psalm Caleb and I laugh. I really miss my mom. I look at tita while laughing.

Tita has no emotion in her face. Si tito naman ay nakangiwi lang.

"Hey tita, you ok po?" I ask her. Caleb and Psalm stop laughing.

"Umuwi na tayo. Nahihilo ako." Then nag pauna siyang maglakad at derederetso.

What's happened?

"Tita is weird." Psalm said. Kaming tatlo ang sabay sabay na naglalakad.

"I want to go shopping." I whispered.

"Next time." Caleb said. Wait narinig ba niya?

Monday

"Ate! Anong oras na gising na!"

I heard Psalm voice. Who ever make Monday? I hate you! I hate Monday!

"Ate! 7:00am na!" Sigaw ni Psalm na agad naman akong bumangon.

I can't be late at my first day but i still want to sleep! I look at Psalm who's in front of me. Naka pajama pa rin siya at naka upo sa one seater sofa.

Tinignan ko ang alarm clock ko sa gilid at s**t! I really hate Psalm! So annoying! It's freaking 5:30am!

"You annoying s**t!" I shout at Psalm who's laughing.

"Ate ang aga aga busangot ka!" Tawa niya.

Dahil wala talaga ako sa mood ngayon pinaalis ko lang si Psalm at kinuha ang mga damit ko. Our school has their own shop, we will buy our uniforms there later. We are in college but we still need a uniform? Seriously?

I'm a white aritzia fitted dress partner it with black denim jacket and i also wear black bucket hat and white sneakers. I also have my cream tote bag for my stuffs. I also put a light make-up and lastly my favorite perfume. For my accessories. I wear my pink watch and my necklace with a the eiffel tower pendant.

I can't use ny sling bag because of books and i can't put heavy makeup cause it's bawal ata. And I'm worried na baka bawal yung dress ko. Halos hanggang kalahati ng legs ko iksi eh.

I'm so tinatamad so i didn't had the chance to make my outfit more beautiful or elegant.

Pagbaba ko ay andun na sila at nag aalmusal. Our breakfast is fried rice, bacon, hotdogs, toast bread and butter.

"Good morning ate!" Bati agad ni Psalm. I just nod at him because wala nga ako sa mood!

"Good morning Jae." Bati naman ni tita.

I swear my mood literally fell after hearing that! I forgot to say na wag nila akong tawagin sa ganong pangalan! I hate that name.

I just nod and sit on my chair. I saw tita's sad face.

"Ah, tita ayaw po ni ate yung name na yon." Psalm casually said. He also have a serious face.

He know why i hate that. I really don't like that name. But for respect i have to carry that name.

"G-ganon ba? Baket m-maganda naman." Pilit ngiting sabi ni tita.

Beautiful? It sounds like a trash!

"Sorry tita, tito i lost my appetite." I stand up. "Just call me when you are ready."

After that i walk out. Bumalik lang ako sa room ko. Siguro naman ay aalis na kami pagtapos nila.

It's already 7:10 am. I just double check my things. Pens, pencils, ruler, index card, highlighters, some books and my Airpods. I also bring my ipod pro together with my stylus pen. What? Ipod can also be a notebook so yeah? Also my tote bag is beautiful because at the bottom of my tote bag is like it has a cardboard there so it is matigas. What i like about it is the black stitches that makes it more beautiful.

After five minutes i heard a knock on my door before it opens. I

There i saw Caleb.

"Ah, ready to go?" He smiled. Like he didn't do anything last night!

"I hate you." I just said and get my bag. He just laugh.

Before i forgot....

Caleb is wearing a white shirt with nope print on it partner with black fitted jeans and he also have dark green sweater on his shoulder. He also wear a black sneakers and i can smell he's manly perfume. For the accesories he has a silver watch, a necklace with C pendant, and he also have a black backpack on his shoulder. Lastly his hair is not messy but it looks good.

What's with the sweater? If he's not going to wear it why did he bring it? Is it cold? Well I'm also wearing a black denim jacket naman so yeah?

Pag baba ay nakita ko na si Psalm sa baba na nagaantay habang may kinakalikot sa cellphone niya.

Psalm is wearing a black hoodie with small cool printed on it. He partner it with blue jeans and his beige sneakers. I can also smell his manly perfume. For the accesories he has a black watch and his usual plain silver necklace and like Caleb he has a black backpack.

What's with the hoodie? Why all men likes it? It's hot in the philippines! I can also read some memes on f*******: saying: 'mainit pero naka jacket? Philippines!' well it's funny but seriously baka ma heat stroke sila.

"Ihahatid ko na kayo." Habol ni tita na galing kusina.

"Hindi na tita, baka isipin nila bata pa kami naligaw lang sa college?" Tumawa si Psalm at medyo natawa din ako. Seriously Psalm is manhid!

"Caleb, ikaw ang magmaneho at May lisensya ka naman." Striktong sabi ni tita. She's protective noh?

Like what tita said, Caleb drive the car. Sa tabi ako ni Caleb at si Psalm sa likod. Oh i forgot may headphones din pala si Psalm na nakasabit sa leeg niya. Pa cool din kasi siya eh.

Halos 15 minutes din kasi ang byahe papunta sa school medyo malapit lang din kasi. Tinignan ko si Caleb sa gilid ko. Nakapatong ang siko niya sa bintana habang ang mga daliri niya ay nasa labi at pinaglalaruan ito. ang isa namang kamay ay ang nagmamaneho.

This guy! Acting innocent!

It was 8:30 pm and we are having our dinner. Caleb is not here because tita said he left together with his baby ducati. I was silently waiting for him in my room but when the clock strikes 11:30pm i fell asleep.

Nagising ako because i want to pee. I don't know maybe i drink a lot of water? So lumabas ako sa room ko para magpunta sa bathroom.

God knows how scared i was right now! It's so dark! Only the lights in the sala is on! There is no monster naman diba?

Nung tapos na ay lumabas na ako-- s**t! No way! There's a shadow i-in... No.... Monster doesn't exist!

Pero tumigil ang anino sa hagdan kaya mas lalo akong natakot. What if nasa room ko yon? No!

"S-sino yan...." Medyo mahina lang yon at mababakas mo ang takot sa boses ko. "Pag hindi k-ka s-sumagot... Ano...." I don't know what to say!

Go knows how i want to die right freaking now when the lights on the sala turned off! Now there's no lights na! It's so freaking dark!

God, mom, dad, Psalm helpme!

Then i heard someone walking near me.

"W-wag kang l-lalapit... May ano.. may b-baril ako!" I almost shout.

I think I'm crying right now. Yes i am!

Nung halos ngumawa na ako i heard a laugh. Yes a laugh. It's a demonic laugh that i want to kill!

"You--" that denom cut me.

"You seriously have a gun?" Tumawa pa ito na lalong mas nagpainis sa akin!

"I freaking hate you! Why do you have to turn off the lights?" It's so dark here! This guy!

"Yeah, sayang sa kuryente." Sabi nito habang natatawa parin. "Bakit ba kasi gising ka pa?"

"Kasi hindi ako tulog." I sarcastically said.

"Waiting for me huh?" Pagmamayabang niya. Really? Never! But i was earlier-- nevermind!

"In your dreams!" Hindi gaya kanina na sobrang dilim ay medyo nakikita ko na siya. Medyo nag adjust na rin kasi ang mata ko sa dilim.

"In my dreams you're waiting for my goodnight kiss." He smirk. "You want that?"

"No way!" I can't shout!

"I'm sleepy, goodnight."

Gaya nang lagi niyang ginagawa....

I felt his hands on my head. Then his index finger tracing my forehead down to my nose until my lips. Then he kiss my forehead.

Every night he's doing this. I know after this, he'll say goodnight.

"Why--"

This is not the first time I'll say it but.... What the f**k?! He.... He freaking kiss me on my lips! I know it's kissable and we already kiss but--

"Goodnight my queen, see you tomorrow."

After that i didn't have the chance to sleep because i still feel his lips pressed on mine. I hate him!

Hanggang makarating kami sa school ay tahimik lang kami. Nag park muna kami sa tapat ng gate nila Psalm.

"Hey, na check mo na ba gamit mo? Wallet? Phone? Books? Anything you need just call me ok?" I'm always like this pag papasok na kami. Kahit dati bago kami maghiwalay sa school ay mahigpit ang mga bilin ko sakanya.

"Don't be a pasaway ok? Don't be a bully at your first day and wala munang chicks understand?" Dati kasi ilang beses na siya na guidance kasi nakikipag basag ulo sa taga ibang section. Tapos paguuwi minsan namumula pisngi, sinampal daw nung fling niya.

"Yes ate don't worry bukas ako magpapasaway." Tapos ay mabilis na bumaba sa sasakyan.

I immediately open the window and shout.

"Don't be so makulit! Ingat!"

He just wave his hand and enter their gate na.

"Such a good sister." Caleb said habang minamaneho ang sasakyan papunta sa parking ng university.

"Such a bad cousin." Pangaasar ko.

Alam ko Kasi na ayaw niyang pinapaalala sakanya yon. Sabi niya yun dati eh. As expected natahimik siya at naseryoso na. I mentally laugh.

Pag dating namin sa parking ay bababa na sana ako pero ni lock niya ang pinto.

"Pag may nagtanong kung ano ba tayo wag mo sasabihing pinsan mo ako." He said seriously. Ano ba kasi mali don eh mag pinsan naman talaga kami.

"Bakit--"

"Pwede bang wag mo nalang sabihin?" He cut me. Medyo inis pa ang boses niya.

"Naiinis ka ba sa akin?!" Inis din na sabi ko. Wag siyang maiinis sa akin dahil naiinis din ako!

"Hey, hindi ako naiinis I'm sorry, ayoko lang malaman nila." Mahinahon niyang sabi.

"Bakit ba kasi ayaw mo?" I said frustratedly. Well....

"Please?"

"Nasabihan mo ba si Psalm?" Mamaya ako pa sisihin niya pag nalaman nila.

"Yes, and pag may nagtanong sabihin mo kababata mo ako." Bilin niya.

"Why nga kasi, bakit ayaw mong ipasabi?" I'm curious!

"So i can do this..." He leaned on me and hug me. Well that's ok. "And this."

Napatigil ako dahil sakanya. Nakatingin lang ako sakanya at natulala. He....he kiss me...again.

"Why..." I don't know what to say!

"So i can kiss you, hug you, and do everything i want in front of them." He smiled then lumabas na siya habang ako? Tulala parin.

Yes he kissed me last night but... Now? Again? Nagulat ako dahil biglang nagbukas ang pinto sa tabi ko.

"Come on, malelate ka na." Siya pala ang nagbukas ng pinto at inilahad pa sa akin ang kamay niya.

Hindi ko alam pero tinanggap ko nalang ang kamay niya at sumunod sakanya. Hanggang nakapasok kami sa loob ng mismong university ay hindi niya bibitawan ang kamay ko.

"Omg! Tama choice ko!"

"Grabe totoo nga dito parin siya."

"Kidnapin ko kaya?"

"Gaga lagot ka jay faye!"

"Try ba yung chika na kaya dito parin si Caleb dahil kay Faye?"

"Oo naman diba di pa yan nakaka-move on kay Faye?"

Iba't-ibang kumento ang mga naririnig ko. Pero pinaka pinakinggan ko ay yung kay Faye. Who the hell is Faye? Dahil kay Faye kaya dito si Caleb?

Ugh they are so maingay!

"Hey, you are sikat pala?" I ask him.

Puro papuri ang naririnig ko. Pero kadalasan hate sakin. Ang iingay!

"Hindi naman, gwapo lang." Wow! So mahangin talaga! Tumawa pa siya dahil sa reaksyong ko.

Hanggang makarating na kami sa building ko ay hindi niya bibitawan yung kamay ko.

"Hey, yung hand ko." Paalala ko. Umakyat kami sa elevator at pinindot ang floor ko.

"What's with your hand?" He ask. Talagang nagtanong pa!

"Di mo ba bibitawan?" Wag mong bitawan!

"Uhh later, pag nasa room mo na ikaw." Ngumiti siya sa akin.

I want to say, kahit wag na but I'm shy! And i don't know why i want to say it!

Hanggang makarating sa tapat mismo ng pinto ay hindi niya binitawan ang kamay ko. The door is color black and it's close din. I think naka aircon sa loob?

"Can i go now?" He ask me. "Call me if you need anything."

I think i know what Psalm felt na dahil halos ganito din ako sakanya. I feel like a baby. Marami siyang binilin sa akin.

"Tapos pag may hindi ka alam--"

"Ok ok! Stop, i get it ok?" Medyo inis na sabi ko. He's so madaldal din eh.

"See you later?" Then he pat my head.

I thought he'll do that again but he smiles then naglakad na siya palayo.

I want to shout na ingat siya but that was embarrassing duhh. So i message him instead.

Ingat! Wag tatanga-tanga.

I just smile then pumasok na ako sa room ko. Halos ten palang kami dito.

Inobserbahan ko ang buong room.

Blue tables and chairs, the walls are light green color. We have a whute board in front and a teachers table. We also have an aircon here so halos sarado din ang room. We also have two doors, isang pang teacher at sa amin. Sa gitna nito ay isang rectangular na salamin. Para maharangan ito ay may blinds nandun.

"Hi." A girl greet me.

Sa tabi kasi ako nang bintana naupo. Sa isang row ay tatlo. Siya ang katabi ko. Her hair is color light brown. It suits her.

"My name is Keziah, you are?" Inilahad pa niya ang kamay sa akin.

I smile then tinanggap ko iyon.

"Paris." Pagpapakilala ko.

"Transfer or hindi?" She ask. Tipid siyang magtanong kaya tipid din ako.

"Transfer." Tipid ko ding sagot.

"Ahh, ako hindi. Alam mo ba ang daming bullies dito? Ayoko na sana kaso andito si Caleb kaya ayun dito ulit ako." Pagdaldal niya. So she's madaldal pala?

"Hey, kaano ano mo si Caleb?" A girl ask.

Talagang lumapit pa ito sa akin para itong iyon? Pinsan!

"Kababata bakit?" Any problem?

"Really? So, alam mo na may girlfriend siya?" She ask then smile. Alam ko ko na inaasar lang niya ako kaya ngumiti din ako.

"Yep, bakit? Kakabit ka?" I smiled at her sarcastically.

I saw a glint of anger in her eyes. Tsh, kala mo kaya mo ako ah!

"Kung hindi ka madadala sa akin kay Faye ka madala!" Sigaw niya at bumalik na sa upuan niya.

Who the hell is Faye? Like I'm scared? If you are a b***h then I'm a queen!

"Who's Faye ba?" I ask Keziah.

"Ah, ano... Girlfriend ni Caleb 2 years na sila."
