D Day for training

Okay it's September 30th final walk through with Alex I have been able to staying clear on the one on one since the Gwen thing. thank God cause I don't wish to slap or kill a hoe anytime soon, just leave me be and all will live. Group you will do 20 laps around the whole territory..WHAT that's 15 miles each lap. Glad to hear you know this Gwen cause you and Larua here will be doing 25..and no cheating cause the tract is posted by guards and no wolf all will be done in human form..but Doc some of us ain't dressed for working out...really, well I suggest next time you listen to your Alpha instead of some wannabe now MOVE. I start to run at the back when stopped by Alex, Where you going Kyleena, I look at his arm and as calmly as I can say take you hand away from me I'm training and continue my run. We run and I'm in the back and as the girls being to fall out I have to the guards take them back to the training fields. I do about 16 laps when everyone is back at the training fields so I return. Okay all pay attention get a bottle of water and come take a seat. This is Gary, Keith, Charles, Lee and Shelby these are your instructors plus me. Now Gwen and Larua stand up. If anyone and I repeat anyone listens to these 2 people again I will kick you out and refuse to teach you even the basic self defense and then you can explain it to Alpha Cole why you got kicked out since this his is program and if you are from a visiting pack you will be sent back to your pack with a message sent to your Alpha of why. Once you disrespect me or any member of my staff you will be gone. Now we were to start today at 6a but we had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes so tomorrow ladies we start at 5:30a and my staff won't be happy and neither will I cause I also have a hospital to run plus it's not healthy for you to piss me off, do you all understand where I'm coming from. I get home and poor Christy can't even move off the sofa.. Kyleena your so brutal, lol oh Christy you ain't seen nothing yet. Week one passes with glaring from the 2 barbie's and no Lee is not my roomies mate. we start off with 5 laps then break down to sparing with same height opponent in human form. Week 2 we changed different opponents. Now week 3 first hiccup Alex decided to show up and Gwen just had to run to him and start running her mouth, so training was stopped. GWEN did you or did you not hear Alpha Cole state no one would interfere with my training? so now Mr. Henson kindly take a seat and lets us show you what we learned so far, GROUPS take a seat GWEN center. LEE take this b***h to the main hospital not the pack hospital, Mr. Henson your side kick will be in the ER memorial hospital BYE. I turn back to the groups some had shocked looks on their faces others had there mouth open. you will NEVER shift until I say so is that understood, training over. Mr. Henson why are you still here get the f**k off my training grounds. I quickly go to the pack house and proceed to Alpha Cole's office, knock knock, come in...Alpha Cole is it to much to ask that you have your son stay away from my training grounds, I just had to put one of his sidekicks in memorial hospital because she was trying to impress your son who she tried to complain to Pryor to our little imprompt training..can I ask who..sure Gwen...I see, I will have a talk with Alex, anything else. no sir that is my main concern at this time hopefully Larua has more brains than Gwen and won't try to impress or act stupid. wait I guess I do have one more question? is there anyone else I half to worry about in this pack? no Kyleena those are the only two who don't seem to understand the word no. Well ok then okay one more and I mean it's the last one we will be having monthly testing do you and the Luna and your son since the program involves alliances wish to be there or just mid year? Well I tell you Kyleena Alex should be there monthly for pack reporting has for as our pack I think 6 month mark would work for me and Anna. okay than testing will be administered the first of each month. good day Alpha.

Gwen made it back 2 weeks later.
