The girl was way too easy to manipulate. Whatever it is about Sawyer that has these girls pining over him and giving up all their ambitions, I will never know, but it does serve my purpose well. Gracie was already causing issues between Lucy and Sawyer, which would eventually help me break their bond, weakening Lucy enough for me to step in and make everything right.
I honestly did not actually really have a problem with Lucy, if she would have just stayed in her place.
