It took three days for Rosa, Thadea, and the wolf escort to reach the wolf den, far to the west of the camp. Had Thadea not come along, Rosa could, theoretically, have pushed herself and the wolves with coras energy. She did not wish to overtax Yarrow's aunt so soon after her injury was healed -- Magi powers could do a lot, but stopped short of making Terrans invincible. Thadea would still need to take it fairly slow, comparatively speaking.
Rosa could not leave Thadea behind. The wolves had asked specifically for the woman to be part of her team. When Rosa had asked why, the wolves had not been able to say. Just that she "smelled right" and they wanted their Seer to talk to her.
Rosa did not mention her doubts that Thadea would be able to understan
