~ By the time sunset arrived, their industry had paid off. Ghia had allowed the fire to die down. When her wife at last returned with more gourds of water they'd worked on moving camp. With an hour's labor they'd moved a few hundred yards southeast, closer to where the forest met the base of the mountain. Ghia sent their new position to the horses while Jules built up a new fire. Soon they had several gourds of purified water and were able to slake their thirst, make a hearty stew from the jackahare organs and pollo meat, and create a relatively clean cast for Thadea's leg. Thadea was obviously less than thrilled about this but, as she was in no state to argue against the two healers, she didn't. One thing you can definitely say about Yarrow's family -- they know how to pick their battle
