Emily's POV As Alexander's lips brushed against hers, Emily tried to push the memories of Jack out of her head. She didn't want to ruin the moment with thoughts of her past. But as their kiss deepened, the memory of Jack lifting and kissing her in the rain became more vivid in her mind. She could feel the raindrops on her skin and the electricity between them. Flashback: Emily and Jack were driving down the road, arguing. The argument was intense, and they were both shouting at each other. Suddenly, a car appeared out of nowhere, crashing into them. Emily saw flames and felt the heat of the burning car. End of Flashback: The memory felt so real that Emily couldn't help but wonder if it was a premonition. She pushed the thought away and focused on Alexander, who was now undressing her.
