Rachel POV
Two days Earlier
Rachel was caught off guard by the sudden appearance of a middle-aged man. She didn't know who he was, but she knew better than to let her guard down. Two men dragged in a tied-up man, and the middle-aged man pulled out a gun, ready to take matters into his own hands.
"I'll give you a chance to live if you tell me the name of the Assat boss," the man said, pointing the gun at the tied-up man.
Rachel's heart raced as she watched the scene unfold. The tied-up man refused to cooperate, and the man turned to Rachel and handed her the gun.
The tied-up man was her ex-boyfriend, the same man who had betrayed her. She looked at him with contempt and disgust. He had no idea who he was dealing with.
The con man taunted her, "What are you waiting for? Shoot me!"
