"How are you, Charlotte?"
"I'm fine, Dad," Charlotte offered a fake smile, not wanting her father to worry about her.
"That's fine. I'm glad to see you awake too. But you should know that you will have to resume your Luna position and you cannot remain here. Also, you have to continue with your marriage to Alpha Teddy. Since you have been here, he has been the one taking good care of you and doing everything possible until you woke up."
Charlotte frowned as she listened to her father. She knew that she couldn't tell him or her mother about her pregnancy. They had all been praising Teddy, forgetting that it was because of Teddy that she was in the hospital bed in the first place.
"I have heard you, Dad. I will return home and do the needful," Charlotte smiled to put her parents at ease
