"Hello, Mom," Charlotte spoke to her mother on the call as she moved to take a seat on the bed in her room while her maids walked in and set up her dinner on a small table.
"Charlotte, how are you doing now? I hope you haven't revealed anything to your husband yet?" Lady Harper inquired, as she was in her room at home, while her husband had gone to work and was not yet back.
"No, Mom. I haven't. I just wanted to call you and let you know my phone is working in case I need anything from you, as you know I can't move around freely," Charlotte replied. Her mother responded, "There's no problem with that. Just take good care of yourself for me."
"Sure, Mom, I will. Goodbye," Charlotte replied as she ended the call and looked at the two maids who were done setting up her dinner on the table
