I close my eyes, and I am standing in my room in my cap and gown in front of the mirror. I am so confused and don't exactly know what is going on. I was just by the lake with a paralyzed Rico, his fuming parents and my concerned family. "Freyga, what exactly is going on," I asked her with confusion etched on my face. "The Moon Goddess has shown you a glimpse of your future should you choose to go and take those pictures." You are the reincarnation of the goddess of love and war, with good comes evil."What would paralyzing Rico do for that balance?" "The Moon Goddess did not let you see the outcome because she gives her children free will, but clearly this is something she wants you to avoid.

Suddenly, there is a knock on my door and in walks the former Luna." Hey Salel, I am so proud of you for graduating from the top of your class, I would love to get some pictures of you in the forest in the backyard." "Sure thing Luna, give me a sec and I will be down." "Ok don't keep me waiting long darling." That conniving little b***h I say to myself. It may not be word for word but I know exactly what she is up to. Been there done that.

"Sky, could you meet me in my room really quickly before we leave for graduation," I say through the link. "Sure, I was just touching up my makeup, I'll be right up." Sky comes up to my room and I fill her in on everything the former Luna, Alpha, and Rico have been planning. I tell her about my vision and when they tried to give me a potion to make me fall in love with Rico. By the end of my story, Sky is taking off her ear rings and high heels. "I'm going to rip that asshole of a family apart," she says, heading for my door." I grab her arm and drag her back before she ruins her future and puts our family in danger.

Now Sky has always been my ray of hope. Sweet, kind, generous no matter the consequences, just like a ray of sunshine, so the name Sky fits her. So to see her cursing and ready to take on her Alpha and his entire family is a sight to see. Now her evil twin is dark and unforgiving just like the night, hence the name Star. How they are twins I will never know, but the Moon Goddess makes no mistakes.

"So what are you going to do." "Diamond and I had plans on leaving in two days for college anyway, so we can look for housing, get acquainted with the town, and see if we can get a few more outfits made for my portfolio." School does not start for another two months anyway,"" Until then how about you get a hotel right after graduation and say you are having a going away party." Sky, that is a great idea but what about the Alpha and Luna and their scheming plans to make me barefoot and pregnant with asshole pups," I say giggling at my own joke.

"I said get a hotel, not what state it has to be in," Sky says with mischief written on her face. "I knew you were the smart twin." "I hurry and grab my suitcase from my closet and start grabbing the neccesities. Clothes, shoes, phone charger, the basics. "I will fill mom and dad in on the just of what is going on, and have them pack your room and have it sent to you." I can't leave with you and Diamond, but I will see you both soon," Sky says with tears in her eyes. I link Diamond and let her know the plan and what happened so she can pack as well. She is super excited to be pushing forward the date, but mad at the nerves of this asshole family. Her words.

"Now let's go graduate and become some bad bitches." The pack house is buzzing since there are quite a few of us graduating. I go into the dining hall and grab a coffee from the pot and a banana. I see my parents and walked over to them just as a fuming Luna is walking in through the back door. "Salel, I have been outside waiting for you and you never showed." "I'm sorry Luna time really slipped away from me, and now it is time to leave." "Well how about later, same place," she says with the fakest of smiles. "Well Salel and a couple of her friends are having a girls night at the hotel tonight, but we can definitely get a group picture of ALL the graduates in front of the pack house," my mother says with a smile that does not quite reach her eyes.

Damn, Sky moves quick feeling in our parents already. My mother may not have been the best growing up, but she damn sure is making up for it now. "Well fine, the Luna says as her face heats in anger. "Everyone, I need all the graduates outside in 5 for a group picture," the Luna says, and huffs off.

After the picture, we all get into my father's brand-new cherry red Rubicon and head to graduation. Everyone except Star. She is riding with Rico and their friends in a limo, and I couldn't care less. My dad's Rubicon is my dream car and I couldn't, be more excited about arriving in it in style. "So, Salel, your mother and I are so proud of you, and we know you will make us proud, my dad says choking up a bit. "We really are Salel, and as soon as graduation is over we want you on the road as far from here as possible, understood," momma says. Yes, mam, I reply.

I got out of the car and went to find my seat on the field. We are outside at the school's stadium, so I am glad I picked shorts. Sky, Star, and I are all sitting next to each other because we have the same last name. Diamond is in the row behind us and Rico looks disheveled, staring at me from the front row. "Wtf is he staring at you like that, it is really creeping me out," Diamond links me. "He is obsessed, and I am glad we are leaving right after graduation,"

The march music starts and I head to the front to give my speech, being I am valedictorian of the graduating class. The principal announced me and I went and stood behind the mic. "Some of the worst times of my life were spent at this school at the hands of my peers. I will not stand up here and give the typical speech and lie. "I hope you raise your pups to be better people than you all." I dropped the mic and walked off the stage. f**k being the bigger person. I have done that my whole life, and it felt good to finally say how I feel.

The march begins and everyone heads to the stage as their name is called. They shake hands with the principals and administrators and accept their diplomas. When it is my turn, I walk past every out stretched hand and get my diploma. The Alpha ends the ceremony with a few words about bright futures and strengthening the pack with our workplace choices. Blah blah blah.

My parents come to find me and my sisters at the end, and we all walk to the Jeep Rubicon. "Salel, we have a gift for you, my dad says and tosses me his keys. "Way to go out with a bang kiddo," he says and hugs me tight. My mother Sky and little brother and sister all surround me with hugs and well wishes. Diamond walks up and asked what she missed, "Nothing besides them giving the reject a car while I get nothing." Star pouts.

"Oh Star, I did get you something," I said, turning to her. "Oh, really I knew you would see I'm the better. SLAP.I slapped fire from Star, loaded 'Diamond's suitcase and drove off. My parents were smiling and waving in the rear view until I was out of sight.
