That horse was harnessed with a grey and lavender harness. This one didn’t have quite the embellishments as the black horse had. The one next to it was a pure white horse with a stately blue harness. The detailing on that was done in bright silver. It was the lead horse that was the finest, though. That was what Carol dismissively called a palomino. But Samantha felt that that word didn’t do the horse justice. It had a pure white mane and tail that floated down from its neck like a cloud. The horse was a golden color. It shone in the bright light of the afternoon. The harness it wore was a fine green. The leather was finely tooled and worked. The designs were inlaid with glittering gold.
