            Climbing out of his truck, Steven observed a small crowd that had gathered around the corner between Bridgton and Fenton Street. He caught a glimpse of a naked body lying beside an overhead drainage pipe. The body seemed to be devoid of life. Wrinkle creased his brow. “Hey Bill, I think you should come see this.” he called to his partner, tapping the truck.             Another police officer, a tall male with heavy boot, came out through the door, into the hot afternoon air. “What’s wrong?” he inquired. “Look at this,” Steven gestured towards the crowd that had gathered. “We should check it out.” And they both hurried down the road, towards the intersection where the crowd had gathered. And reaching them, Steven took out his batch and hollered, “Police!” showing his batch
