“But honestly, it’s kind of nice that you guys are… private. It’s like… You guys aren’t trying to prove anything, and yet, everyone can still see how well you guys work.”
What the heck? I had to force my face not to give away my obvious shock and confusion. I guess Philip and I were putting on one heck of a show.
“You know, last night, it was so adorable,” Lena continued, “He was staring at you from across the room while you were taking photos of everyone for at least five minutes before he walked over. He had the funniest look on his face, like he wasn’t sure when the right time was to go over to you. Almost like he was trying to plan something out in his head.” She smiled. “I’m guessing he was trying to think of a cheesy line to make you blush. What did he end up using?”
