POV’s Tate “You’re pretty fun too, Tate.” I woke up to the sound of the doorbell ringing. What the actual f**k? Was this someone’s idea of a joke? I groaned as I sat up, rubbing my eyes. I could feel my hair sticking out everywhere, my shorts hiked up from sleep. My chest was aching since I’d forgotten to take off my bra last night. Barely any light came in from the windows, signaling that it was probably only seven or eight o’clock in the morning. I looked around the room, finding Philip sitting in the armchair, his computer open, doing work. His eyes darted over to me, and there was a faint glimmer of amusement in them. Probably from how sleep-deprived I looked. “Who the hell is ringing the doorbell at this hour?” I mumbled. “I heard footsteps. Eren’s probably going to check.” Phi
