“Louis?” Edwina asked in shock the moment she saw Louis walk in.
“Hi Louis,” Selena greeted.
“Hello Lady Selena, how are you?”
“I am fine, thank you. How are you?”
“I’m okay. I hope you do not mind me interrupting your discussion,”
“It’s nothing serious, just a friendly chitchat we were having. I should be on my way as well, it’s getting late and Frank would be home soon.”
“You’re leaving already?”
“Your man is here, and it looks like he wants to discuss something important with you. My husband will be home any moment from now, even if I don’t work, he surely enjoys the food that I make for him so I have to be home in time to set the table for him. Have a lovely evening,”
“Why are you sounding so cordial Selena?”
