Ginny looked up at Maxim as the whistle blew. He was much taller than her, for sure, and way out of her weight class. He wasn't just built, though. Years of training had left him experienced in speed and the ability to read his opponent easily. He knew when to strike and when to defend. Ginny had seen him best many warriors, but squared up against her now she could tell something was off. He was standing loosely, with his hands up, but not in a good defensive or striking position.
