chapter 17

621 Words
I stalked towards my prey, with an evil murderous intent in my aura. Many of my allies moved away from me quickly with the fear of being killed. Once I reached the first being in my path, they perished by my hands. Grabbing one by the caller of their shirt biting into their neck drawing blood. All the while I kept my moving pace, not once faltering. I started to kill everyone that had come to attack us. Not even caring who they are or why they are here. Blood and bodies covered the lands, the childrens and womens cries sounded through and I continued to kill. Every pack member that was here to help in the counter attack quickly got their asses somewhere safe, Most likely from me but I didn't care I couldn't feel anything but numbness and the intention of bringing death. With my own body covered in blood I walked over to the last living enemy that was standing intending to kill it, until I felt a presence coming towards me at a cautious pace. I slowly turned to look where the person would emerge from, my eyes still clouded. I unknowingly walked in that direction. Everyone else stood still as they saw Aamon walking towards me from the forest. I heard screams telling me to stop and that everything was okay as I was swinging on the person who emerged from the wooded area in my sights. I don't understand why they are trying to protect this thing. His aura looks like the ones I've killed and they had no problem with that. They stayed out of my way, as I'm only relying on my senses to kill. I can't see anything. All I can see are the flows of waves that their auras give off, And the one in front of me who is surprisingly dodging me well has the same aura flow. My body starts to give out as I’ve used up almost all of my power in the last nine hours killing the enemy. I started to curse myself, not now please I have to kill, I have to protect, I can't stop now. But my body failed me and I ended up passing out due to fatigue. I I woke up to a bright light. Everything seemed like just another dream, that is until I looked over and saw Aamon all banged up sleeping on a chair near the wall on the other side of the room. I went to sit up and groaned in pain resulting in Aamon jumping from the chair in high alert, only to realize the noise was coming from me and that I was awake and trying to move. He rushes to my side helping me get into a sitting position. “What happened?” I managed to say to him after a few minutes of a staring showdown, which felt really uncomfortable right now. He sat next to me on the bed and began telling me what he was told, clear up to what he witnessed himself and that if he hadn’t intervened I would have killed everyone. He told me how Alpha Curtis and ALpha Alex contained the last living person on the enemy’s lines for questioning. And continued to tell me that we had a little showdown ourselves, with me attacking him and him trying to dodge the blows, which is why he looks the way he does. “I’m so sorry! I can't ever tell you and everyone else how sorry I am that I lost control.” I cried out tears are now streaming down my face. ....sorry but to read the rest must go to sss k****e to read full book.......
