We arrived at the cottage, and I sighed with as much contentment as I felt, finally arriving home. George lifted me into his arms, and I giggled. He carried me upstairs and into the bedroom. We made love many times that night, and I was pretty sure that we had conceived our first child. I was so happy but it was too early to tell George. Soon I would tell him and soon our first child would arrive.
